On Friday, 12/14/18, we contacted Pat for assistance in a divorce property matter. Within 10-minutes we received a call back from Pat!! We explained that we needed this issued attended to and completed by close of the year 2018. Pat worked with us on Saturday, 12/15/18 and had all the documents ready... for signature on Monday. 12/17/18!!! On Wednesday, 12/19/18, Pat submitted the required paperwork to be recorded by the appropriate township. We received an email on New Years Day, 1/1/19, that all was recorded and finalized!!
