Everything started of good but within a few months I started to notice that my "questions, my calls, my emails, my request for a phone conversation" were being ignored. At first I thought maybe he's working hard but after a few months of not hearing from him I got upset. Through it all I felt that I ...should remain with this so called representation cause I thought it would look bad for my case if I fired him. His staff is incompetent and can never answer questions. They always tell me I'll have John call you but months go by and I don't hear from no one! He is real good at telling you what you want to hear with no results! I have been declared 24% PPD with chronic pain and have a disformality and yet after 2 yrs of dealing with liberty mutual's (WC) BS! He tells me can't settle my case! Not once in those 2 yrs has he made me feel like my case is important! He's a Liars and a Deceiver. I fired him and I am now being Represented by "REAL" "Professional hungry lawyers. Toro is a Liar and a lazy ass. Just as Tami claimed. We started off good. Then he went on cruise control. Not showing up in court. Not following through on information received from my Surgeon. A Cavalier, careless attorney. 3 weeks ago I saw him gave him an IMPORTANT MRI. He said he would contact my... doctor. 3 WEEKS later I found out he NEVER called my Doctor or the office manager. So he's also a liar. I fired his incompetent ass. And secured a competent attorney who was "hungry". His staff is also incompetent. They never relay my messages to him. He should give up Workers Comp. And become a Car salesman. All he's good for is Fast talk and BS. I filed a complaint with The R.I. Bar Disciplinary counsel. He's a bottom feeder. And can't be trusted with your case.
