I had a very complex case. I wasn't on the Birth Certificate as the father. Even though I Saw my daughter often. When I was in Rhode Island But I lived in Indiana. The mother would not let my child come see me in Indiana. I had major problems. And 6 years of back child support. Jeffrey got my back ch...ild support knocked off . I can now see my daughter. I sought out Jeffrey Eger when I was entering a new chapter of my life requiring the relocation of my children. Jeff ...took the time to gather the history of the case and truly listened to my priorities. My ex-husband and I have worked hard to establish a positive co-parenting relationship, always putting the best interest of our children first. Although I felt confident that relocation was in their best interest, I worried about the logistics. Jeff was able to calm my fears and work with both of us to maintain our positive relationship while moving forward with the relocation. He did this through active listening, promptly responding to messages, providing examples of scenarios, and sharing his expert legal advice. Jeff’s extensive experience showed through his efficient, intelligent, caring responses. We have since moved and the adjustment has been amazing. As I watch my daughters’ eyes sparkle in their new environment, I can’t help but think of my gratitude for Jeff and all he has done for our family.

Mr. Eger was an amazing lawyer. He is not a yes man, he doesnt tell you what you want to hear but what you need to hear. He gets straight to the point with no bs to confuse the issues.
