Attorney Denise Cassisi Finkelman is admitted to practice law in the state courts of Rhode Island and Connecticut and in the US District Court for the District of Rhode Island.  She is an Attorney with Lynch, Lynch & Friel, Warwick, RI.  Her areas of practice include Probate, Personal Injury, Criminal, Administrative Hearings, but most of her time is dedicated to her practice of Family Law.  She has extensive experience in all of matters heard in Rhode Island Family Court; more specifically, Divorce and Separation, Custody, Placement & Visitation, Child Support, Department of Children Youth Family Services hearings, Adoptions, Termination of Parental Rights, Modification of Existing Orders, etc.
