Biography
Attorney Casale has been serving the Rhode Island and Massachusetts community for over 28 years in the practice of law. Attorney Casale established the Aquidneck Legal Center to bring affordable legal services to individuals in Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
Aquidneck Legal Center is a general practice with an emphasis in the areas of Bankruptcy, Civil, Collections, Criminal, Divorce & Family Law, Elder Law, Estate Planning, Personal Injury, Probate, Social Security and Wills & Trusts.
Casale is a lawyer busy with his own practice, the Aquidneck Legal Center which was founded in November of 2004 in Middletown, Rhode Island. Public service is also a big part of Casale’s life, as evidenced by his volunteer activities. He participates in Ask a Lawyer and is a member of the Rhode Island Bar Association program called Volunteer Lawyers.
Attorney Casale is also a proud member of the Justinian Law Society. He participates in two mentor programs, one with Roger Williams University and another with Bristol Community College. He is on the Board of Trustees of Rhode Island Legal Services. He frequently speaks at senior centers to educate the elderly on Social Security issues, wills and estates, and elderly law. He even travels to the homes of low income clients to be sure they get the help they need.

Not a good experience
I would never hire this attorney again. Not only did he try to overcharge me but then he threatened to sue me for money that I didn't owe to him. Seems he has been disbarred now.
