Ms. Haigh defended my son diligently over a long span of time. The meat of the case was eventually dropped but the process of it all took forever. She not only advised my son but advised the whole family on what to expect and what to do. She took calls, emails, and texts from us regardless of the ...day or time. She was serious when needed. She lifted my son up and restored his faith in himself. When it came to the actual courtroom, she was efficient and effective; getting us in and out with a minimum amount of pain and got the result we wanted. She was GREAT!

Ms. Haigh represented me in a case for about $6000 in damages that was filed against me back in 2012. She has been working on the case since that time, as far as I knew. I am out of the country for months at a time . She filed an answer and counterclaim. I trusted her to handle the matter. I know... cases take a long time to move forward. I returned to the country recently and suddenly had a notice posted that water to my condo was to be cut off due to a $25000 judgment against me. This week I repeatedly tried reaching her, was even waiting outside her office, she never answered my calls or emails. Now that I'm aware there is a problem and I see the case history, I find out that she has been MIA on my case since early last year. There are sanctions against me for her failure to respond to discovery. My counterclaim was dismissed as punishment for her discovery violation. In the motion, the opposing attorney notes that he never heard from her after December. He filed a motion for summary judgment, then damages. She never responded or showed up. She never got in touch with me to tell me it had been filed but that she wasn't acting on it. She never withdrew from the case. She never contacted the court. As a result the $6000 suit has now become a default judgment for $25000 because it was entirely unopposed and the other attorney claimed $14000+ in attorneys fees.
