My divorce took a little over a year to complete. For the most part it's a lot of waiting around and at the end there is a massive flurry of activity as you cross the finish line. I had searched the internet for an attorney, and chose Chris because of the number of positive reviews he had. And so ...here is my review. Chris was perfect for me. He had the right temperament no bs approach. He stuck to the facts, gave me the proper advice and told me how to proceed. I have dealt with several attorneys in my life, for different business reasons, and really liked working with Chris. Although there is an extremely high probability I will never get married again, if I do, and it goes south, I would definitely use Chris again. And I would recommend Chris to anyone who is looking for a divorce attorney. I enjoyed his straight forward approach, his advice, and his insight. It made the process a lot better.

Mr. Heberg is an excellent lawyer, made me fell comfortable and well informed through the entire divorce process, explaining each phase and next steps in details, he has a great personality. I would not recommend Mr. Heberg to anyone. His billing practices were horrible. His communications skills even worse. At one point my ex make offers that he did not even pass to me to review. He was always late to court and would hand me a document to sign without even reviewing it with me or review...ing himself I think in some cases. He billed for items he never completed and he billed for emails he sent to me asking me for stuff he already had. Stopped taking my phone calls at one point to I had to let him go and finish my divorce on my own. He simply did not have my best interest at heart.
