I was trying to get a divorce and decided to use my friends brother as my attorney. That was my first mistake. We did make it to court but there were issues and that is the last time I actually talked to this attorney. I chased him for a year and a half to find out what was happening and he just wasn...'t returning any of my calls. I was frustrated and aggravated! I finally remembered that Chris had helped me with a custodial issue I had several years earlier. I called, gave all my information and got a call back from Chris the same day. I had an appointment within days where we sat down and I explained what had happened. I was worried that I wouldn't get anyone to pick up where the other guy left off but that wasn't a problem. Chris assured me that he would take care of this, and he did!! He chased down all the paperwork (I didn't have anything from the previous lawyer) and was able to get everything in order, filed and finalized so quickly!! Chris is a great guy who is easy to speak to and his office staff is great as well!!! Although I hope to never get divorced again, if I do I will definitely call Chris!!!

I highly recommend Chris Heberg. He's a no 'bullshit" attorney and often 'cut to the chase' and maximized our time strategizing before our court appearances. I was extremely impressed with his skills, organization, overwhelming knowledge, sincerity, and his awesome staff. He made me feel like I was ...the only client he was representing. I would not recommend Mr. Heberg to anyone. His billing practices were horrible. His communications skills even worse. At one point my ex make offers that he did not even pass to me to review. He was always late to court and would hand me a document to sign without even reviewing it with me or review...ing himself I think in some cases. He billed for items he never completed and he billed for emails he sent to me asking me for stuff he already had. Stopped taking my phone calls at one point to I had to let him go and finish my divorce on my own. He simply did not have my best interest at heart.
