I would not recommend Mr. Heberg to anyone. His billing practices were horrible. His communications skills even worse. At one point my ex make offers that he did not even pass to me to review. He was always late to court and would hand me a document to sign without even reviewing it with me or review...ing himself I think in some cases. He billed for items he never completed and he billed for emails he sent to me asking me for stuff he already had. Stopped taking my phone calls at one point to I had to let him go and finish my divorce on my own. He simply did not have my best interest at heart.

I met Christopher 10 years ago when he was my son's attorney for child custody of my grandson. Which he did a magnificent job and my son got custody. In January I called him to discuss going bankrupt, Chapter 7. After years of trying to keep up with paying my bills and really never seeing them go do...wn due to interest rates I made the decision to file for bankruptcy. The process went well and last Thursday we finally went to Federal Court and I have been dismissed from paying my creditors. Christopher was there for me through this process.
