Biography
As a former State Prosecutor I have prosecuted countless Driving Under the Influence and Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test cases in Superior Court, District Court and RI Traffic Tribunal. I have taught 6 Continuing Legal Education Courses to other lawyers on Driving Under the Influence. I have handled over 25 trials in the District Court and RI Traffic Tribunal and 14 Jury Trials in Superior Court.
I have also recieved training with regard to Forensic Science topics such as, DNA, Latent prints, Hair Analysis, Footprint and Tire prints, Firearms Toolmark Indentification, and more. I have handled high profile gun cases, sexual assaults, and cold cases.
