Hi, I hired Kelli Silva from A another city other that her office. Mine being Springfield MA, hers being Taunton MA, That I found online. I gave her a call and she called me back within 24hrs. She was very nice and professional. I was kind of skeptical at 1st but she quickly eased my mind with her a...bility to comfort me with everything she would do for me. I believed everything she said to me. she was caring and empathetic with my situation. Without going to much into my case, she was very transparent with me as to what was going on (as it should be with your lawyer.) she kept me in the loop on every issue on everything that came up. I really appreciated that. Things I didn't really understand she slowed down and went over it again if she had to, with her calm and professional manner. I feel as if Kelli Siva is my friend and I would greatly recommend her to anyone I know, and who can see this review. This is the 1st review I have ever wrote on anything, trust me I would not say it if it wasn't true. if you need a lawyer in her field of expertise Kelli Silva is the one you need see. kelli silva was the BEST person to represent me. she was quick, efficient, very detail oriented. helped me every step of the way. she was literally amazing!!! i would give her 10000 stars if i could. she builds great cases and does seriously some amazing work. i would recommend her over and over agai...n. her and her team are all great and very easy to work with. thank you so much kelli for your time over the last year or more! Right from my first call with Kelli, I felt at ease (as much as I could with injuries and not being able to return to work). She was very informative, encouraging. Yet, she was talking in realities, not over blown results so I would sign on with her. This type of case is hard to endure. When I had ...questions, I would reach out and respectfully request an answer. Many times she would call or sent a communication very quickly or have an assistant call or message me with the answer. Her office diligently collected all the information they needed, kept me updated with any changes or appointments I needed to attend. And made this process as smooth as it could be. She filed my SSDI papers and we got results and approval very quickly even in the midst of Covid. And assured me as we settled this case, that we did the very best that we could for my future and told me to call when I needed any help with my injuries if the insurance co. doesn't follow up as they have agreed to do.
