Nothing he can't do
Brian successfully defended me in a bogus criminal case, and then He consulted with me and gave me good direction in approaching a potential personal injury case. I will definitely go back to him, but hope I don't need to!

Helpful consult
Attorney Roman was very helpful informing me about the law involving a charge threatened against me by an ex boyfriend. I will call him and retain him as my attorney if I should need one.

Atty. Brian Roman delivers where it counts.
Having faced a charge of OUI by my local pollce dept. I reached out to Brian Roman to mount a defense. Despite the District Attorney's office repeated attempts to have me strike a deal, Brian advised me to stand firm and wait for our day in court. Boy, was he right. 10 minutes in front of the judge ...
"I highly endorse Brian Roman for Criminal Defense, Personal Injury and Domestic and Probate Matters. I often refer cases to him as he is intelligent, persuasive, strong counsel who will fight for the rights of his clients. He is an excellent attorney."
"I've known Brian for more than 20 years and I have the utmost respect for his work. We have worked together on cases involving co-defendants. Brian has outstanding knowledge of the law and the respect of everyone in the courtroom. His career as an ADA coupled with his knowledge and personality makes life easier for his clients on a daily basis. I call Brian whenever I need another lawyer for co-defendants. His practice in Mass. and RI is a big plus."
"I endorse this lawyer, wholeheartedly. Brian is professional, honest, knows the law and works extremely hard to protect his clients. Brian is also extremely well liked and respected among fellow attorneys, representatives of the Commonwealth and the bench, attributes that are essential when it becomes necessary to resolve cases short of trial. Brian is on the short list of criminal attorneys who I would recommend to family or friends."
