Excellent Attorney

Brian handled a legal case against our daughter. We won the case thanks to his capabilities and knowledge of the law. We are grateful to Brian and would recommend him to other families.

Professional and Responsive

Attorney Roman capably represented a family member for a serious criminal charge. He addressed all our concerns timely and was responsive to our questions. He clearly had command of the case while in the courtroom. His timely actions led to a positive outcome which is much appreciated. I would reco...mmend Attorney Roman.

Do NOT call around, call Brian.

In a bind in Attleboro and randomly google lawyers in the region and land on Brian - what a massive win! Brian was open to any length preliminary phone call to answer any questions that I had, set up an in-person meeting, and consulted in court the whole way through. I thought that this was a great e...xample of his generosity and empathy because I was worried and scared on what to expect next. Brian made sure that I was informed and had my back. As for case law knowledge and familiarity with the key players in the court, Brian was the best, and his name was recognized as a top lawyer in those courts. I would not hesitate a second to call him and hire him if I needed a lawyer in the states that he practices.

Great results

Attorney Roman did a great job for me. He knows the Taunton courts and explained how everything was going and kept in touch with me and I ended up with a great result and not only do i appreciate the work he did for me but my daughter and family, as well. I would highly recommend Attorney Brian Roman... and i do not highly recommend anyone very often. The good Lord willing I should never need a lawyer again, but he would be my first call.

Great assistance

Attorney Roman helped me with key information about pulling an important report from public records to assist an ongoing case. Although, the report was not retrieved the knowledge he shared about this request was helpful in proceeding further. He was responsive and knowledgeable.

Relationship: Fellow lawyer in community

"I endorse this lawyer, wholeheartedly. Brian is professional, honest, knows the law and works extremely hard to protect his clients. Brian is also extremely well liked and respected among fellow attorneys, representatives of the Commonwealth and the bench, attributes that are essential when it becomes necessary to resolve cases short of trial. Brian is on the short list of criminal attorneys who I would recommend to family or friends."
