Greg Tinsworth was my court appointed attorney. Let me say this was such a blessing. Greg was so invested in my best outcome right from the start. He made sure I understand all of the legal proceedings and explained every option very clearly. He was very supportive and I could tell he really cared ab...out what was best for me. Our Grandson messed up rushing to work and crashed his car and was given a driving to endanger and declared a immediate threat losing his license. Greg was very thorough and was very professional. We felt like we in good hands and our Grandson has his life back. In 6 months with good behavior his... charges will be dismissed. He is all business but does show his interest and caring for his clients. I would recommend him for any criminal case.

I hired Greg to defend me against a gun charge, my husband left his gun on a trip and the police found it, Greg said no problem, I'll make it all go away!!! He never showed up to court, I was sitting there all day with my young daughter 7 times. He called the court clerk days before to reschedule and... never told me to be spiteful. I repeatedly asked for documents and he never gave them to me, kept saying "you don't need them" I told the judge and the judge gave me his copy!!! I ended up firing him and getting a good lawyer who promptly got the charges dismissed. He never filed a single motion even though he told me he was filing motion after motion. Repeatedly lied to me about the proceedings. He was NOT honest and truthful about anything related to the case. That god I called the clerks office to get the truth or I would have a warrant for my arrest for not showing up to court. He claims he doesn't correspond by emails so there is no way to get messages or documents to him in a hurry and the legal system is all about doing things the last minute. He shows up late every appearance they reschedules. Worst lawyer I ever hired.

I met Greg in 2012 he was appointed to me in Attleboro district court for an alleged A&B I was weary at 1st being that he was appointed counsel but boy was I wrong! this man is very professional, friendly, and understanding he does not judge and will tell it to you straight! from the min he starts ta...lking in the court room you know ur in good hands. I was unlucky enough to get caught up with a crazy woman who has alleged assault THREE separate times out of revenge (3 separate cases) the 1st case Greg got dismissed he did such a great job I hired him privately for round 2 with this woman the second case Greg was able to get this woman to admit to lien on the stand about the entire allegation along with multiple other charges he got suppressed and or dropped completely which resulted in another case dismissed! The 3rd case was a tough one and went all the way before a jury I was facing 2 1/2 yrs for something I did not do! But Greg once again came through for me and my family he made this woman look like a fool during her testimony and showed the jurors her true colors and once again Greg came through for me and I was acquitted on both counts. I owe this man my freedom I've now known Greg for 5 years now and he's become a friend not just an attorney! I will never call anyone else and would highly recommend him to anyone guilty or not Greg will give his all to make sure you are treated fairly.

So I got charged with a 2nd OUI along with about 7 drug charges in Attleboro court. I thought I was screwed to say the least. All they wanted to give me for a plea was exactly what I would of got if I was convicted so I had no idea what I was gonna do. From the first meeting I had with Greg he wanted... to fight it all the way, take it to trial was what he always said. I got charged in December 2014. 2 years and a month ago and this whole time (Whoops forgot to mention it was over yesterday 1/26/2017) he was trying slowly and i dont mean slow like he didnt care about the case. I mean slowly to get evidence surpressed and get the 911 tapes that he never got in discovery. This guy basically went over every piece of evidence the Prosecutor had against me and made sure everything was done by the book. He filed a motion to have drugs found on me as evidence surpressed all because the rookie cop had no rights or suspicions to search me. Basically what im trying to stay by giving you a little bit of insight into my case is that hes a great lawyer that will go to any lengths to try and help you out. Hes not like other lawyers, you know the ones the Public Pretender oops i mean Defender haha that doesnt even know your name. Hes a great lawyer and person he wont talk to you like a crook like some people would. The moral of what I am saying is while he worked the case and we just kept drawing it out as long as we can my case got dismissed yesterday before a trial. The ONLY reason i had that outcome is because of the outstanding work he did on this case. I will 100% with no doubt recommend him to anyone that asks me if i know a good lawyer. If I ever get in trouble again (Hopefully I Dont) but if I do I will without a doubt hire greg as my lawyer. BTW if you get assigned him as a lawyer HE IS NOT A PUBLIC PRETENDER he is actually a really good lawyer that takes pro bono cases. Believe me I thought at first he was a Public Defender but he is farthest thing from it. Greg its Bart if you ever end up reading this review My dad actually did apogolize to you and said you were a great lawyer buddy hahahaha
