After being stopped by a cop and getting charged with DUI, and especially without any previous driving tickets, I was very nervous and clueless on how to deal with ...this charge by myself. I admit I was worried for a while because my case was dragged out for nearly a year and a half at no fault of my attorney Michael DelSignore. While I felt that Atty. DelSignore was a trustworthy lawyer, I did not feel that my case was important to him. It felt like a formula was being followed and my case wasn't treated as my specific case. I had some co-factors to my case that I had hoped he would research and help with, but he did not.... He was very good when I first called and explained several things to me, but as my case progressed I felt like I became an afterthought. Maybe I just hired him at a particularly busy time, but I did not agree with what most of these reviews stated.
