Magistrate Hearing

During the most unsure and anxiety-ridden time period of my life, Michael DelSignore continuously made me feel as comfortable and calm as could be expected. He also helped keep my case from going above the magistrate level and the criminal complaint was never issued.

Great Attorney for OUI case

Attorney DelSignore was extremely helpful throughout my case. He was willing to answer all of my questions and clearly outlined all of my options. He was with me in court multiple dates and was able to get my breath test removed from the evidence. My case went to a jury trial and Attorney DelSignore ...did a wonderful job presenting the evidence and gave a very strong closing statement. Ultimately Attorney DelSignore was able to bring a not guilty verdict for my OUI charge and 2 driving charges. I would highly recommend Attorney DelSignore to anyone looking for an excellent lawyer for a DUI/DWI charge.

OUI Case

Michael was my lawyer for just over two years. We went to court multiple times for an OUI arrest that happened in 2011. Michael responded to all questions I had, told me what to expect, and kept in touch the whole way. In the end, he was able to get a not guilty verdict on both counts of OUI and negl...igent operation of a motor vehicle.

Mr. Delsignore recently defended my son in a domestic dispute and driving with expired license arrest.

Although a lenghthy process, Mr. DelSignore was very attentive and thorough in dealing with my son's case. He was successful in working out a resolution that was in my son's best interest.
