I contacted Mr. Delsignore looking for advice concerning alcohol possession by a minor. Mr. Delsignore was extremely well informed of the process. He answered my emails with a phone call. He assured me that we could represent ourselves in this situation without hiring him as legal council but assu...red us that if he was needed during our court appearance he would make himself available free of charge and if we than had to return to court he would charge us a fair rate.
