After being arrested for a DUI I was very scared and didn't know what to expect. My brother in law took on the task of due diligence for me to help me find the highest rated lawyer who could help me. He went over everything I could expect and why I should fight the case. He was very knowledgeable about the courts and different judges. He was very thorough and made me feel at ease about fighting the case as I was tempted to just take a plea deal CWOF. He explained why that wasn't the best option for me. After being arrested for OUI alcohol (3rd offense), OUI drugs/ impaired driving, and a host of other charges, I needed to find expert representation to assist in navigating the judicial system. I would recommend Attorney Delsignore to anyone who finds themselves in a trying legal situation. He was nonjudgmental and empathetic but also realistic. At each point of the process he outlined my options and was clear about the benefits and risks associated with each before offering his professiona...l opinion. The fact that he didn't just tell me what I wanted to hear made me more inclined to put my faith in his judgment and I am glad I did so. His knowledge of the field sobriety testing manual seemed completely comprehensive.
