Both my life experiences and professional experiences contribute to my ability to be an effective an compassionate advocate. Prior to the practice of law, I spent many years working for insurance companies resolving injury , I worked with adolescence that struggled with both addiction and mental health. These experiences provide me with insight and understanding that is unique in the practice of law
Working with insurance companies has provided me with a perspective in understanding what it takes to maximize a payout for a client. I have firsthand knowledge and experience in losing a family member as a result of wrongful death.
Sometimes, addiction and mental health struggles result in criminal charges. I understand good people sometimes end up in unfortunate circumstances. This happens to people in professional trades, doctors, retail. hospitality, and lawyers.
Divorce is difficult for all involved and I have grasp on the emotional toll it takes on a family that is now going to be separated.
Compassion, Empathy and Understanding has been the result of life experiences.

Terrible lawyer
Wouldn’t take my case because he was too lazy to do the research. Don’t waste your time with this guy. He has an attitude problem and doesn’t fight for the people. Guy doesn’t know much either.

Replied last December 09, 2021I do not know the specifics of this case. I will state I have handled thousands of personal injury cases over the last 20 years. If I do not accept case, it is not due to not wanting to put forth the effort, but the liability (who is responsible for the accident) is not favorable to the client. Just because a person has an accident, does not automatically mean there is recovery. My approach is to be honest and direct with clients, or potential clients, which means sharing something the client may not want to hear. The reason for this approach is by explaining worst case scenarios, the client is fully aware of potential pitfalls, and this allow us the opportunity to strategize the best way to neutralize the opposing side. It is essential the Attorney/Client relationship be based upon open communication and mutual respect, which fosters the best team approach. Clearly, the reviewer/potential client felt differently necessitating not accepting the case.
