My mother died 11/04. At the end of November 04, I contacted as I thought I needed to use the same Lawyer Group. He did not want the rest of the family only me to met with him as I was the Executrix. He did not start action on this until Feb 2005 as he had family problems. However, he did not notify ...me and consequently this resulted in problems for my sister and brother who inherited the house. Then he finally got me approved in April as Executrix. Then I didn't hear from him, he would not return phone calls or go to the post office to pick up a letter I sent requiring a signature of receipt. He used the excuse for any problems on the Registery of Deeds and etc. In June, he announced all was in place and wanted payment. However, my siblings could not insure the house, the property was not in their names and when I contacted him with this problem, he said he would get the "stuff" together. I needed to hire another lawyer to correct and put all in legal order. I reported this to the Overseers Board and they found nothing wrong with this.
