Timothy F. Robertson is the Principal and Managing attorney of T FRANK LAW, PLLC, an estate planning and probate law office with locations in Charlestown and Brewster, Massachusetts. Tim is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts, as well as the United States District Court, District of Massachusetts and the United States Tax Court. He is a member of the probate, business, and taxation law sections of the Massachusetts Bar Association. Tim has served as an ombudsman for the Executive Office of Elder Affairs and also served on the City of Somerville's Human Rights Commission, as well the Boston Bar Association's Solo & Small Firm Steering Committee. He is a member of the Boston Trusts and Estates Consortium and the Massachusetts Guardianship Association. He devotes his practice to estate planning, probate administration and litigation, guardianship and conservatorship, as well as corporate/business matters. He lives in Somerville and Brewster, MA with his wife, Bekah, and their cat, dog, seven fish, and occasional transient frog.
