Sheila has dedicated a significant part of her legal practice to birth injuries arising from both obstetrical error as well as product defect resulting in multi-million dollar verdicts, awards and settlements.   Sheila is a highly accomplished and experienced trial attorney who has obtained significant awards on behalf of clients in Massachusetts, and in several states across the country.   Throughout her career, Sheila has continued to demonstrate a drive and determination that is so necessary for trial work. From the beginning of her legal career, Sheila’s practice included complex medical and legal issues. She has a successful track record for litigating claims pertaining to interstate truck accidents, personal injury, nursing home rape and abuse cases, wrongful death and products liability cases, including DES litigation, as well as claims of equity, will contests and family law.   Sheila was directly involved with obtaining one of the highest awards for a trucking accident in the State of New Hampshire.

She has been admitted to practice law with the federal district court, as well as numerous trial courts throughout the country. Sheila has been an invited speaker on medical malpractice and birth injury.
