This is the worse attorney you can hire. He is very nice when you meet him. Once he has your money, you will become a nuisance. He won’t listen to your concern. He will force you to agree with the opposing party. If you dare to not, he will withdraw from the case with a letter saying he is withdrawin...g because of not following his advice. Not only he helped the other party take my right but made sure to put my image on the floor.

This man knew I had only a retainer to pay him and said he would be able to get the remainder of his fee from my spouse. Throughout a long, complicated and emotionally draining process I was told numerous times that I'm not the only client, that he has been doing this for 28 years and one time, whe...n I wanted this attorney to fight for me, he told me I'm the worst client he has ever had. I'm in client service myself and must say, even if I did have the worst client ever, I'd NEVER say something so rude and unprofessional to a paying client. I believe Mr. Flannigan may be ready to retire or should have done so a while ago. Caveat Emptor on this one.
