The best lawyer on Capecod

After going to court a few times on my own, I quickly realized that the court system does not care about fathers rights, its all about paying child support, and it doesnt matter if I ever see or have a relationship with my children. Thats when I hired Mr. Carter. From the moment my wife and I met... him, we knew he was the right choice. If you are a good father who takes care of your children, but the mother brainwashes your child/ children and keep them away from you, and only cares about the money, or if you feel like the child support you are paying is too much based on your income, please talk to this lawyer. Too many fathers give up on their children because they feel like there is no hope. Too many mothers destroy their childrens lives because they treat their children like a pawn. Fathers have just as much rights as mothers, but sometimes you need a good caring lawyer that knows the law to help you. Fathers please dont give up on your children, there is hope.....

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
