Yes; that is grounds for a disability suit (assuming they are a covered employer who is required to accommodate.)

You really need to bring your contract to an employer for review. There's too much we don't know: Is it enforceable? What does it require? Etc.

It sounds like you have many grounds for suit against your landlord, though we wouldn't know until we read the lease. Contact an attorney ASAP.

You should hire an attorney. The landlord may be retaliating against you, and/or discriminating due to your disability.
