Roommate moved out. Can the landlord charge the remaining roommates extra utilities because it's split by 3 not 4? Lease says 4.

Someone would have to read the whole lease to know for sure. You may be jointly and severally liable for utilities.

Without reading the contract, it's hard to say. Generally an acquisition would not change your obligations under the contract.

If it was a contract, you may be able to enforce it. But without reading the entire contract, we don't know.

No. You're the defendant; if you refuse to attend a deposition then you will almost certainly end up losing your case.

You can't force an adult to live somewhere. The mother can request support in some cases (i.e. college.)
