For over 25 years I have represented public and private sector management in labor and employment matters, including small businesses, both union and non-union. I have handled labor arbitrations, labor board proceedings, collective bargaining and wage and hour compliance disputes. I provide employers with practical advice on personnel, discrimination, union organizing, sexual harassment, hiring, discipline, termination, as well as training on a wide range of workplace matters. I have represented licensed designers with contract and copyright matters, as well as succesful trademark applications for clients.
