When I walked into Mr. Hurwitz's office, I had no idea what kind of legal service I need exactly. However, I knew my issues. Mr. Hurwitz frankly laid out all possibilities, and how much he will charge for what. He didn't push me to select his services. Overall, we get things done much quicker than... I expected. I'm happy with Mr. Hurwitz's knowledge and services.

I called Attorney Hurwitz 4 months after my mother died regarding some concerns I had about the handling of her estate. He requires a consultation fee of $250 which he repeatedly and annoyingly mentioned several times during our brief phone conversation. Several days prior to meeting with him in per...son, I emailed him the pertinent legal documentation he asked for. Our appointment was on a Friday afternoon and immediately upon my arrival, Mr Hurwitz seemed as though he had somewhere else he would rather be. He abruptly demanded the $250 fee prior to the start of our meeting. I came prepared to meet with him with a few specific questions. About 10 minutes into the meeting, it became apparent that he did not bother to read the legal documentation that I sent him. I inquired as to whether he reviewed the documentation and he said dismissively, "who has time for that!" Mr Hurwitz could not speak with any professional or legal authority because he did not prepare or review the legal documentation of my case. Furthermore, after admitting he was ill prepared for our meeting, he became oddly and irrationally confrontational. He proceeded to ASSume that the reason the estate was not settled and my inheritance was not distributed, was somehow the fault of me, the beneficiary. I was not offered any legal advice, maybe my mother's estate was not large enough for his profit margin or his enormous ego. Please run as far away from this man as possible unless you want to be humiliated and lectured by a buffoon who likes to hear himself talk and not put in the time to answer any potential clients questions. I can't believe I had to pay $250 for this unprofessionalism.
