Please don’t waste your time and money with this office. Everyone in that office doesn’t know how to do their job. I tell everyone I know that this was the biggest mistake we ever made was hiring them as our legal counsel. We’ve spent over $15,000 and 4 years later we have nothing to show of it. They... sent out wrong documentation, and didn’t do any research which caused our case to be denied. Then we had to gather everything again to reapply (also pay again), and we are the only ones who come in contact with them to move forward. They didn’t even realize the mistakes they made, and won’t admit it either. I have never even met Dr. Hanna Krispin and it’s been 4 years that I’ve been a client. Receptionist is very rude and doesn’t know how to pick up the phone.
