Serena Madar focuses her practice in the areas of business and general commercial litigation.  Ms. Madar has over 10 years of experience representing small, mid-sized and fortune 100 and 500 companies and individuals in a wide-variety of litigation and arbitration including, but not limited to, real estate, shareholder and contract disputes, franchise and distribution law, products liability, and defamation, tort and premises liability claims. 

Ms. Madar has also advised and represented insurers in matters arising out of claims for coverage under general liability, business, homeowner’s and professional liability policies, and in extra-contractual bad faith claims.
