Exceptional attorney!

Attorney John Harkavy represented me in a personal injury lawsuit. Over a period of 19 months, Mr. Harkavy spent considerable time gathering facts related to my case, speaking to the attorneys and insurer for the defendant and his company, advising me regarding my deposition, decisively and strategic...ally questioning the defendant in his deposition, and, finally, representing me in what turned out to be a favorable mediation that eliminated the need for a trial. Mr. Harkavy was always accessible, very knowledgable, notably trustworthy, and truly unflappable. What's more, he is a great guy. I am forever grateful to Mr. Harkavy for his superb legal representation during a very difficult time in my life, and I duly recommend the Law Office of John Harkavy without reservation.

three years dealing with the tenant from hell

Hired John to handle my commercial real estate suit. He was very professional, efficient, and kept me apprised at every turn. We worked very well as a team. His negotiation skills resulted in a very fair settlement for me and eliminated the need to go to trial. I would hire John again.

I hired John Harkavy because I had a complex issue with my IRA and the IRA custodian would not help in resolving my tax issues. I was owned considerable amount of money in IRS refunds. I had been working with the IRA Custodian who set up the account incorrectly and resulted in me not receiving the r...efunds. The company was not helpful. In fact they gave me incorrect advice on how to correct the situation. In a short period of time John Harkavy was able to resolve the issue and the company settled with me without litigation. John was direct and made it clear we would litigate if necessary.

Highly reccomend!
