Seema Malik Brodie

Immediately after law school, I worked as an Assistant District Attorney for Suffolk County where I gained extensive writing, research, and courtroom experience. I crafted compelling written arguments and effectively presented them before the MA Supreme Judicial Court, Appeals Court, Superior Court, and Boston Municipal Court. I also worked as a real estate attorney and understand the intricacies of how family law and real estate law intersect. Moreover, I also ran my own business for many years and am very cognizant of how clients’ needs come first before anything else.

As an effective advocate, I specialize in high-conflict divorce and family law litigation, including divorces that entail custody disputes, parenting disputes, complex asset divisions, analytics regarding support scenarios, and restraining orders. I also have expertise in modifications to separation agreements, contempt actions, parental rights, and drafting prenuptial and postnuptial agreements.
