Jennifer Normand

Jen has been practicing law in Massachusetts for almost 20 years, and over the course of those years also became licensed to practice law in Rhode Island and New Hampshire. Jen’s litigation practice has included extensive practice in the state and federal courts, as well as the appellate courts in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and New Hampshire, and the First Circuit Court of Appeals.

Jen has litigation experience in a variety of legal areas, including real estate, creditor's rights, construction, and most recently, domestic relations. Practicing litigation in all of these areas has established a strong skillset allowing her to quickly and effectively analyze liability and prepare a litigation strategy to satisfy a client's needs. Jen has a proven and successful track record in drafting and arguing complex motions, including a high success rate on motions to dismiss and motions for summary judgment in many areas of law. Jen has also engaged in various forms of contract drafting and negotiation and has experience analyzing contractual terms in many forms of contracts, such as notes and mortgages, insurance policies and settlement agreements. Jen has also successfully defended several different clients against appeals in Rhode Island, New Hampshire and Massachusetts during her career.
