Drafted a document that was so poorly written I had to revise it myself. Poor quality of service for the minimal services rendered. Exorbitant billing practices. Even after paying my “final bill” they had the nerve to bill be another $500 without any explanation why. I had specifically asked for my f...inal bill for all services rendered and they could not even provide that to me properly. Only upside is that she admitted she may not be able to win my case.
