Unskilled and not up to date on landlord-tenant law.
Mr. Greenman was a late replacement for an eviction-hearing which we had waited several months to arrange with a difficult, non-paying tenant. He seemed nice, but then he got flustered and basically quit in the middle of out hearing. We had a deal with the other party, and he couldn't or wouldn...

Gives lawyers a bad name.
When you meet him he seems normal, but then he's impatient, rude, unprofessional, ignorant, and a bit nasty. Not someone to trust with something important. There are so many other lawyers that I will never hire him again!
