Samantha Elizabeth Phillips

This is the absolute worst attorney to choose for representation, Samantha Phillips and Dussault and Zatir. My wife and I were involved in a car accident with liability being pretty clear (we were rear ended by someone texting). After I had finished treating, Ms. Phillips explained that she would b...eging negociating with the insurance company. After their initial offer which was exceptionally low, I had asked why this was. She explained it was just part of the negociating process. Over the next few months I had attempted to reach Ms. Phillips weekly and was never able to reach her. At this same time Ms. Phillips was also negociating my wives claim. Same story she initially explained she would ask for one amount ($22,000) and they came back with their initial offer and they case would probably settle between. After a few months went by we received a messgae from Ms. Phillips that the final offer from the insurance company would be $3300. We expalined this was not near the middle of the negociating spectrum as she stated. She was useless at this point and stopped returning phone calls. Having seen this in my wives case I decided to switch attorney's as my injuries were much more severe and I was not going to have my claim handled the same way my wives was. My wife agreed to the 3300 settlement and was told after a 10 day waiting period she would be all set. After the 10 days plus another week of not hearing back from Ms. Phillips we called her office and she would not speak with us instead putting her secretary on the phone. She then told us that two of the doctors she had treated with held liens against the settlement, meaning Samantha had again not done her job which almost entirely involves making sure that all the doctors have been paid from the responsible parties insurance company. She dropped the ball on the most important part of her job!!!!! The settlement check has been sitting in her office for about a month but becuase she screwed up we can not get it until the issue is fixed. Even worse my new attorney received the package of the work Samantha Phillips had done on my case and she was shocked how she was able to send a demand amount out becuase my file was missing information that his vital to calcualting this figure. This attorney does not know what she is doing.
