Lei Zhao Reilley

With a Master's degree in Finance as well as in Computer Science, licensed in Massachusetts, United States District Court in Massachusetts, and the U.S. Supreme Court, I practices business law, civil and business litigation, and estate planning. Also serve as an associate member at the Newton Zoning Board of Appeals.

The wide experience including working in IT and finance, and as a lawer in a premier U.S. law firm's Asia office on cross border transactions and other business laws and later founding Reilley Chang Law, my focus is to seek practical legal solutions to complex problems and deliver cost-effective and value-added legal services to clients. 

I routinely advise and counsel entrepreneurs, founders, small businesses, and nonprofit organization in a wide variety of formation, contract negotiation and preparation, transaction negotiations, dispute resolutions, employment, buy and sell, mergers and acquisitions. legal compliance, and Corporate governance issues.

More importantly, I have successfully represented many business, consumers, family and individual clients in many different types of civil and business litigations, such as contract disputes, real estate related disputes,  landlord tenant matters, consumer protection, personal injuries, wrongful death, defamation, restraining orders, and civil rights cases.
