I am a real estate agent who has recommended many of my buyers and sellers to Chris Murray at Law Offices of Daniel W. Murray for a variety of reasons including negotiating purchase and sale agreements, real estate closings, short sales, trust and estate work, out of state real estate purchases on be...half of my buyers, title issues, landlord/tenant law. In one case, a seller of mine was underwater on her house and required legal advice about possible solutions. I referred her to Chris who, after lengthy consultations with the seller, suggested a short sale as a solution to her financial problems. She was willing to try and as it turned out, I was able to sell her property for about $10,000 more than the asking price. Chris ultimately had to file bankruptcy for this seller but she was so thankful for his diligence in assisting her regain her financial footing. It is important to have an attorney who I can depend on for referral to my customers. Chris has become my "go to" attorney!
