I got to know Liz after my friend's recommendation. I worked with her for three months to purchase a house in MA. And we successfully finished closing on the property just couple days ago. Without her help, I really couldn't get the purchase done. She is really nice and patient to explain every parag...raph on the P&S. We spent around 2 hrs on it. She also worked on my case by herself, rather than her assistants. She is also very responsive and always reply my emails or voice messages promptly. I thought buying a single family house was easy since I had very good credit and easy home loan. But it turned out the seller was really hard to deal with. Several unexpected issues came out from the seller side. Liz handled them very well. With this purchase, there are more than thanks I should say to her. Thank you, again, Liz, for you great help.

I seldom write reviews and endorsements; I simply don’t have the time. In this case I make an exception. Elizabeth Barletta is the exception because she is exceptional. I am an international real estate broker and work with many foreign buyers. These transactions can be difficult for many reasons: cl...ient requirements, financing, cultural, and language issues to mention a few. Elizabeth is very patient, helpful, and thorough. She gave my client and me freely of her time to make sure my client had the best representation. She assisted through several offers with competence and diligence. She took in stride last minute changes and saw that the transaction closed ahead of schedule. I can only speak highly of Elizabeth and recommend her without reservation. When possible I will use her services again. I failed to mention, she’s also a very nice person and down to earth as well.

Liz Barlettta is great to work with. She answered our many questions and was able to help us close quickly. She is extremely easy to communicate with and even picked up her phone on the weekends when we had questions. The company has a small packet at closing that isn't outrageous either and we thoug...ht the bill from Lirgris was fair. We recommend Liz and her associates at Ligris!
