Yes you can. You will need to file a H1 amendment to list the second location. Just filing a new LCA is no longer recommended.

You can get a H1 or L1. Both are dual intent visas.

I agree with Mr. Shusterman. H1 is a dual intent visa. You should be able to re-enter using it.
