To be safe, you should travel outside, get the H4 stamped and return. If your H1 was revoked, before you filed H4, you did accrue out of status stay.

You need to maintain the waiver job. As long as you do so, you may get a H1 to concurrently work for another employer that also meets the waiver...

Yes, you can go work for the third employer. Yes, you can use the 140 to get a 3 yr H1. You will need to file a new green card through employer C.
