Your employer will need to hire an attorney to do the paperwork. You might qualify for a H1 or a H3.

You file for a change of status with the CIS. If you are not familiar with the legalities, suggest you retain an attorney to file for you.

Tax returns are primary evidence, the others are not as important. Employer's letter is not a must.
