Responsive and detailed

Mary Moy-Hart is an excellent resource for your real estate legal needs. I've used her services more than once, and each time, she exceeds my expectations. Mary is responsive, detail-oriented, and identifies any risks that may impact your plans. I highly recommend her.

excellent

there was a small hiccup on the transaction, Mary kept monitoring the registration, and notify me 1.5 hrs before the other party notify us. She went above & beyond to get it done

SHE DID IT ALL!

Mary handled a real estate transaction for me and my spouse. Since we were about to embark on a trip outside the country, Mary had to handle all aspects of the sale which included back and forth with the buyer and his attorney. Upon our return, we were informed everything was complete and we would ...be closing in a few days. Mary answered all our questions quickly and provided input that saved us considerable time and insured a smooth transaction. We were extremely pleased and highly recommend her.

Highly recommended

Mary handled a real estate purchase for me recently. She was efficient, responsive and knowledgeable. The best of all, she was flexible and demonstrated high level of customer care. I will definitely hire her again.

Mary Hart and the Beliveau Law Group

Mary Hart handled my questions about a house I was trying to purchase. She was very quick to reply to my messages and very knowledgeable. If I need to be represented, I would not hesitate to call Beliveau law offices. And if possible request Mary Hart as she was very easy to talk to, and explained... everything in clear layman's terms so I could understand everything.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
