This man lies under oath. He claimed that his client never received her proceeds from the sale of real estate. He waited eight years to sue me because he assumed the bank would have destroyed all documents by that time. The bank, by the Grace of God, had the proof of the proceeds wire hitting her... account. Jack Bernard was FULLY aware that his client received her money via wire because he was also her CPA and filed her returns which included that account. He vehemently denied same, under oath, with the black and white hard copy evidence. Bernard and his client lost. They were ordered to refund me the $30,000.00 I was forced to pay in legal fees due to his egregious lies and false Jaconelli Case. He forced his client to pay her half and he has yet to pay for his half of the judgment. I am a fully disabled 60 year old woman. I can not then not now afford to lose $30,000.00. He was disciplined and lost his license to practice law. HEAVILY RECOMMEND not using this disbarred attorney.
