Megan recently guided me through the purchase of my first home. While no one can prepare you for how daunting of a process buying a home on your own can be, I felt as though I had a team in my corner working with Megan. As someone who is Type A, I appreciated Megan's prompt response time, attention t...o detail, and commitment to making sure I got what I wanted/needed out of the process. I never felt as though Megan was exasperated when I asked VERY basic questions or when we had to go back and forth on items. On the day of the closing, I particularly appreciated Megan's approach to going over every document that I was signing in lay terms. When I am signing 30 documents, my eyes tend to glaze over, no matter how engaged I try to remain. Megan had a way of making the process interesting and as painless as possible. Overall, I truly appreciated Megan's guidance during this entire process. If I ever go through the home buying process again, I will for sure use Megan.
