Megan Galaburda and her team helped me navigate the complex process of selling my condo and buying a new condo. The new condo’s sale had financing dependency on the sale of my old condo. Megan was responsive via text message and email, and she was a great negotiator with the other party’s attorney.... Both closings went very smoothly.
