Even with the crazy housing market right now, Megan and her team were always responsive. She caught mistakes other lawyers made, and explained all of the paperwork thoroughly and well. I retained Megan as my real estate attorney for a property in Back Bay. I had a tight timeline but Megan was able to deliver on it, even working on Sunday evenings to turn documents around. She carefully summarized my P&S and distilled the more salient points that warranted my attention making tha...t part of the transaction a breeze. At closing, we encountered a document error that required the lender to draw up a new packet. This extended the closing by several hours into the evening. Megan cancelled a doctor's appointment to see transaction through in order to get me on record at the Registry of Deeds. On top of that, because that office was closed by time we finished, she drew up a last minute Occupancy Agreement late at night between myself and the seller so that I could move in the following morning while the paperwork went through. There are many examples where Megan went above and beyond for me and it is impressive this level of commitment to clients still exists nowadays. I would highly recommend Megan to anyone and look forward to working with her again in the future.
