I found Attorney Popovitch a few years ago when I too found myself here searching for an attorney to represent me. I had been through a challenging divorce and now going ...through post-divorce modification with a narcissistic ex-spouse. My original divorce attorney was good but his office was one hour from court, he was at the end of his career, and I didn’t feel he could represent me any longer. I was concerned about switching attorneys very far into my case and my only regret now is that I didn’t have Attorney Popovitch representing me from day one. She is a BRILLIANT attorney and a fierce advocate for her clients. She TRULY wants to protect you and what is in the best interest of your children if you have them. Lauren pretty much has a photographic memory and she takes the time to understand all the ins and outs of your case so she can represent you to be best extent possible. When my ex’s counsel found out I hired Lauren, she became very upset and called her right away to let her know, she then removed herself from the case about a month or so later. This is because people know how excellent Lauren is. She has a reputation for not missing anything and she is extremely honest. In all aspects of your case she will be straight, to the point and represent what’s correct. If you go to trial, you will be so thankful to have her in your corner. Although trial was not where I wanted to go, I was so impressed to witness her in action. She clearly has the respect of the courts as she does not manipulate the truth and only focuses on the law and following the rules of the court with the upmost respect and integrity. I honestly was embarrassed for the other attorney during my trial while Lauren impeached their client repeatedly and basically ran circles around them. When I was searching for an attorney, I read reviews similar to what I am saying now. They were not kidding, she is by far the best attorney. Lauren also has a co-counsel at her firm who is also excellent and 100% like Lauren, brilliant, always doing what’s right and protecting you and your best interests. Their office staff was also very helpful, kind, polite and very professional when I would call with questions. I urge you, if you need representation, call Lauren today and pray she can take your case on.

I highly recommend Lauren as a smart and tenacious lawyer.  She went up against my ex’s high-priced downtown Boston lawyers and made them look silly.  She knew the law better than they did.  She didn’t waste time or money on things that might have looked good but had no bearing on the trial.  I appre...ciated that she explained our choices, what the chances of winning a point were and the costs of doing so.  Thus, I spent a third of what my ex did and ended up with more than what I was ready to pay during mediation.
