Julie Cahalane Cahill

My experience with Julie Cahill made me feel unsafe and unsupported as a client. During a time when I was relying on her for guidance and advocacy, I did not feel that she had my best interests at heart. Instead of feeling that I had someone in my corner, I often felt vulnerable and uncertain about w...hether my concerns were being taken seriously. The most troubling part of the experience was the loss of trust. I did not feel that I could rely on Julie to advocate for me or to approach my situation with the level of care and consideration I needed. Her interactions with me left me feeling that my well-being and interests were not being adequately protected. For me, feeling safe with someone in a position of responsibility requires being able to trust that the person will listen, communicate clearly, and take my concerns seriously. I did not experience that sense of security with Julie. Instead, I came away from the experience feeling exposed, unsupported, and as though I had to protect my own interests rather than being able to rely on her to do so. Regardless of what her intentions may have been, the effect on me was significant: I did not feel safe as her client, and I did not feel that I could trust her to act with my best interests in mind.
