Thomas Benner is the founding attorney of Benner Law, where he represents clients who are facing financial challenges. Tom earned a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Massachusetts in Boston. After graduating, he enrolled in law school at the Thomas M. Cooley Law School. He graduated with his Juris Doctor (J.D.) in 2002. Tom Benner has been focusing on helping his clients navigate through bankruptcy and other financial-related issues since 2002 when he first joined the Smeloff and Benner Law Office as an attorney. In 2014, he teamed up with Logan Weinkauf to found Benner, a law firm that exclusively represents clients who need help getting their finances back on track. Now, after starting Benner Law, he proudly serves clients in Plymouth, New Bedford, Braintree, Hyannis, Taunton, and throughout the state of Massachusetts. Since founding Benner Law, Tom has helped countless clients resolve their financial problems. He is passionate about helping clients find solutions that work for them.
